Fortunately, poison is a very strong faction overall so he's a great addition to a team of Frurbath, Heksandra, Eches, etc. He can self-sustain his derivative damage with a maxed battleskill and decent accuracy (poison lasts 15 seconds, battleskill recharges in 10). Stack enlightenment and attack on him, crit isn't as important as other damage dealers because of the derivative damage he does. I had him in beta, and I use him everywhere. Lothair (Poison, Damage) - He was my first legendary. Perhaps they will be re-tuned, however, in the meantime here's some of my initial thoughts on these heroes as I've played them in Beta and so far in S1. Some of the legendaries I currently have are not good for a lot of content. With that said, yes, a good legendary can be the cornerstone of your primary squad. You know what isn't? Scrolls for your rares. Even the whaliest of whales is going to have a hard time skilling up their legendary heroes. Legendary skill scrolls are some the hardest/most expensive to get. What you need are levels, gear, team synergy, and skill ups. You don't need them for anything but high level Arena. I've seen this question posted more than once where people are upset that they don't have a legendary to start.
